Anyway, tmr also got training at 8 am. it is our last training before our Nats & also Mr. O's last training before going to the triathlon on Sun. hopefully he can survive (& finish!)

do any of u hav parents or any relative above the age of 50?
if yes, pls ask them to do a faecal occult blood test(FOBT) to test for presence of blood in stool.
its free for pple above 50 by the singapore cancer society(SCS)
y do it? Cos its FREE. N u can detect colorectal cancer. Its the no.1 cancer in sg. V impt. Get a FOBT kit from the SCS office

Haha, dont worry, there r only 5 pple who attended the trg today. Yup, gd luck for ur SATS. U hav got what it takes to make it to the top! Go for it! All the best!
Oh ya, almost forgot something. Tt dastardly tea left for econs trip so discreetly, without telling any of us!! So tt we wont expect any presents from him!! Tts so mean right. N we cant even bid him farewell n wish him gd luck. Ok, nvm, lets go buy 5 birds n wish him gd luck.
